Grand Tour of Poland

Description

An exciting tour of Poland, starting in Warsaw, where history and modernity merge. We then head to Krakow, famous for its charming old town and the impressive Wieliczka salt mine. We continue to Wroclaw, the city of bridges and islands, and then to Poznan, the cradle of the Polish nation. We arrive in Torun, the birthplace of Copernicus, with its charming medieval center and famous gingerbread, before continuing to Gdansk and ending in Masuria.

Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 2 - WARSAW

Breakfast. Panoramic tour of the city including the main points of interest. Afternoon at leisure. Before dinner, we'll enjoy a piano recital with works by the famous Polish composer, Frederick Chopin. Dinner and accommodation. 

DAY 3 - WARSAW / CZESTOCHOWA / AUSCHWITZ / KRAKOW
DAY 3 - WARSAW / CZESTOCHOWA / AUSCHWITZ / KRAKOW

Breakfast. Departure towards Czestochowa, where the Shrine of Jasna Gora is located. Free time to see the image of the Black Virgin, patron saint of Poland. Continue towards Auschwitz, guided tour of the concentration camp. Arrival in Krakow and free time to get to know the city. Dinner and accommodation. 

DAY 4 - KRAKOW
DAY 4 - KRAKOW

Breakfast. In the morning, visit Krakow. In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to take an optional excursion to the famous Salt Mines. Return to Krakow. In the evening, stroll through a Jewish neighborhood and have dinner in a local Jewish restaurant accompanied by klezmer music. Accommodation. 

DAY 5 - KRAKOW / WROCLAW

Breakfast. In the morning, departure for Wroclaw. Arrival and lunch. Afternoon city tour. We'll continue along the canals of the River Oder to reach the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, where we'll end the tour. Optionally, you can enjoy a boat trip along the river canals. Accommodation. 

DAY 6 - WROCLAW / POZNAN / INOWROCLAW / TORUN

Breakfast. Departure for Poznan and a panoramic tour. Lunch. Continue towards Torun, with a stop in the spa town of Inowroclaw. Accommodation. 

DAY 7 - TORUN / MALBORK / SOPOT / GDANSK
DAY 7 - TORUN / MALBORK / SOPOT / GDANSK

Breakfast. In the morning, a visit to the city of Torun. Lunch. Departure to visit the Teutonic castle of Malbork, which has been converted into a museum. Continue on to Sopot, where you will enjoy an impressive sunset over the Baltic Sea and a stroll along Monte Cassino Avenue. Arrival in Gdansk and accommodation. 

DAY 8 - GDANSK

Breakfast. In the morning, a panoramic tour of Gdansk, including a boat trip around the port. Lunch. Free afternoon. Accommodation.

DAY 9 - GDANSK / WOLFSSCHANZE / MASURIA / WARSAW
DAY 9 - GDANSK / WOLFSSCHANZE / MASURIA / WARSAW

Breakfast. Departure to visit Hitler's headquarters. Continuation to the Thousand Lakes Region, arrival in the capital, where we will take a tour of the port and a cruise. Lunch. Departure for Warsaw. Arrival and accommodation.
