DAY 1 – MADRID / KITTILÄ / LEVI
Arrival at the airport at least 2 hours in advance. Boarding formalities and departure by flight to Kittilä. Lunch on board with beverages included. Arrival and transfer by bus to Levi, located 15 minutes from the airport. Levi is the perfect destination for active travelers. The mountain located in the town is 531 meters high and is the largest ski resort in Lapland with 43 slopes. It has been voted the best Finnish ski resort of the year on numerous occasions and has hosted the first Alpine skiing World Cup slalom race since 2004. The amenities found in town, with bars, restaurants, stores, a spa and children's activities, are conveniently located in the center, within walking distance of most hotels. Collection of the thermal equipment that we will be able to use during our stay in Levi. Accommodation.
DAY 2 – LEVI – VISIT TO THE ELVES' VILLAGE, MEETING WITH SANTA CLAUS AND SNOWSHOEING TOUR
Breakfast. In the morning, transfer by bus to the village of the Elves. On arrival, you will be met by an elf who will give you a secret map of the area and guide you through the magical forest. You will follow the elf to the "gingerbread house", where you can bake delicious cookies. At the goblin school, you can learn some of their secret skills. You'll also visit the "wise goblin's house", where you can find a crystal eye in the ceiling. Have you heard of the great magic stone "Seita"? It's the realm of the underworld where elves, goblins and other forest people live in peace and harmony, respecting and helping each other. Throughout the journey, the elves will help you find these magical places and tell you stories about their life in the village. Finally, the most awaited moment: meeting Santa Claus! Each family will be able to meet him, hand in their letter and have their photo taken. Santa Claus will give a present to each child under the age of 10. After a fun morning, return by bus to Levi. Lunch. In the afternoon, head to the safari office to get your snowshoes. Accompanied by your guide, you'll walk along an easy forest trail that will take you to a frozen lake. This is the perfect opportunity to observe nature and experience the fun of snowshoeing - feel free to make your way through the deep snow! Stop to enjoy the campfire while having a hot drink and cookies. Return to Levi. Accommodation.
DAY 3 – LEVI – SNOWMOBILE SAFARI AND ICE FISHING
Breakfast. Transfer to the safari office to collect the helmet and gloves needed for the safari. The guides will give instructions on use and safety rules. The adults will share the snowmobile, while the little ones will do the activity on the sled driven by the guide. Discover how much fun it is to ride a snowmobile through rivers and forests. Along the way, the guide will choose a good spot to dig a hole in the ice and, with a bit of luck, fish will be waiting to be caught. Break for a light lunch by the fire and drinks to warm up. Return to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.
DAY 4 – LEVI – HUSKY SLED DOG SAFARI AND REINDEER SLEIGH RIDE
Breakfast. Departure by bus to a husky farm. Before starting the safari, you will receive instructions on how to control the sled, in which you will travel in pairs. You will set off into the wilderness with your team of huskies. During the 5km ride, you'll enjoy the wild beauty and take photos on the farm. Hot drinks and cookies will be served at the nearest kota. After the walk, return to Levi for lunch. In the afternoon, departure to a nearby reindeer farm for a reindeer sleigh ride through a snow-covered forest. This is an unforgettable experience for adults and children alike. After the ride, you will sit in a cozy traditional tent to drink coffee or tea and listen to stories about reindeer herding. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 5 – LEVI / KITTILÄ / MADRID
Breakfast. At a time to be arranged locally, transfer to Kittilä airport. Boarding formalities and departure on a flight back. Arrival.
