DAY 1 – BEIJING
Arrival in Beijing, capital of the Popular Republic of China. Transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.
DAY 2 – BEIJING
Breakfast. During this day visit the Imperial Palace, known as “the Forbidden City”, Tian An Men Square, one of the largest in the world, and the Summer Palace which was the summer garden for the members of the imperial house of the Qing Dynasty. Lunch. Accommodation.
DAY 3 – BEIJING
Breakfast. Visit of the Great Wall, a spectacular and grandiose architectural work, whose annals cover more than 2,000 years. Lunch. In the afternoon, return to the city with a stop near the “Bird's Nest” (National Stadium) and the “Water Cube” (National Swimming Center) to take pictures. In the evening, welcome dinner tasting the delicious Beijing Cracked Duck. Accommodation.
DAY 4 – BEIJING / XI'AN
Breakfast. Visit of the famous Temple of Heaven, where the emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties offered sacrifices to Heaven and prayed for good harvests. In the afternoon, departure by plane or high-speed train to Xi'an, the ancient capital of China with 3,000 years of existence, the only walled capital and starting point of the famous “Silk Road”. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 5 – XI'AN
Breakfast. Visit the famous Terracotta Warriors and Steeds Museum, which houses more than 6000 life-size figures, representing a large army of warriors, steeds and chariots guarding the tomb of Emperor Qin. Lunch. In the afternoon visit the Great Wild Goose Pagoda (without climbing). The day ends at the famous Muslim Arir to learn about the daily life of the natives. Accommodation.
DAY 6 – XI'AN / GUILIN
Breakfast. Flight to Guilin, a city famous for its beautiful scenery. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 7 – GUILIN / YANGSHUO / GUILIN
Breakfast. Cruise on the Li Jiang River, which boasts a worldwide reputation for its “sovereign scenic beauty” of green mountain ranges, oddly shaped peaks, graceful rocks and fantastic grottoes. Lunch box on board. In the afternoon, the cruise will end in Yangshuo, an ancient town on the banks of the Lijiang River, stroll along the West Street which is a lively market of Yangshuo Chinese handicrafts. Return to Guilin. Accommodation.
DAY 8 – GUILIN / ZHANGJIAJIE
Breakfast. At a time to be arranged locally, transfer to the railroad station to take the high-speed train to Zhangjiajie (duration approximately 7.5 hours) which was included in the UNESCO World Geopark. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 9 – ZHANGJIAJIE
Breakfast. Full day in Zhangjiajie National Park, visiting the Bailong Elevator, which is the highest in the world, with an altitude of 326 meters. Yuanjiajie Nature Reserve, where the prototype of Hallelujah Mountain from the Avatar Movie is located, and Tianzi Mountain. Fast food lunch. Accommodation.
DAY 10 – ZHANGJIAJIE / SHANGHAI
Breakfast. Visit of Tianmen Mountain, where there is a Glass Road built on the cliff. Lunch. In the afternoon, visit to the Grand Canyon where the longest and highest Glass Bridge in the world is located. At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take the flight to Shanghai. Port city directly subordinated to the central power with more than 16 million inhabitants, it is the largest port, commercial center and the most international metropolis in China. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 11 – SHANGHAI
Breakfast. In the morning, climb the Jinmao Tower, a skyscraper that measures 420.5 meters and has 88 floors. From the observation deck you can enjoy an excellent panoramic view of Shanghai. Afterwards, a walk along the Malecon, one of the most spectacular places in the city, where some of the most emblematic buildings of the city are located. Lunch. In the afternoon, visit of the Jade Buddha Temple and a walk through the Old Quarter of the city. Accommodation.
DAY 12 – SHANGHAI / PORTUGAL
Breakfast. At a time to be arranged locally, transfer to the airport to board the return flight. Arrival.
