DAY 1 – BEIJING
Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Beijing, this city of officials, scholars and soldiers is not comparable to any other in the world, because its plan was made thinking in the cosmic order, converging everything in its core: the “Forbidden City”. Accommodation.
DAY 2 – BEIJING
Breakfast. During this day, visit the Imperial Palace, known as “the Forbidden City”, Tian An Men Square, one of the largest in the world, and the Summer Palace, which was the summer garden for the members of the imperial house of the Qing Dynasty. Lunch included. Accommodation.
DAY 3 – BEIJING
Visit of the Great Wall of China, colossal work that crosses the country from the Bohai Sea to the Gobi Desert. Lunch. On the way back to the city, stop near the Olympic emblems: the “Bird's Nest” (National Stadium) and the “Water Cube” (National Swimming Center). Dinner of the famous Peking duck lacquered in a typical restaurant. Accommodation.
DAY 4 – BEIJING / XIAN
Breakfast. Morning visit of the Temple of Heaven, an interesting building object of study by numerologists and occultists, in which colors, shapes and sounds symbolize the duality of heaven and earth. At the indicated time, transfer to the station to take the train to Xian (approximately 5 hours trip). Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 5 – XIAN
Visit the Mausoleum of the first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang, which houses the collection of terracotta warriors, thousands of soldiers in battle formation and life-size. Lunch. Continuation to the Great Goose Pagoda (which you will see from the outside), located at the South Gate of the city wall. Walk through the Muslim quarter, a network of streets and stores reminiscent of an Arab souk. Accommodation.
DAY 6 – XIAN / CHONQGING / CRUISE YANGTZE
Breakfast. Departure to take the high speed train to Chongqing (approximately 5 hours). Panoramic visit of the city and transfer to the port to board the cruise ship. Dinner on board. Accommodation.
DAY 7 – CRUISE YANGTZE
Breakfast. In the morning, excursion by bus to visit the ghost town of Fengdu. Lunch included. In the afternoon, cruise on the Yangtze River. Dinner on board. Accommodation.
DAY 8 – CRUISE YANGTZE
Breakfast. Tour of the two gorges: Qutangxia (8 km) and Wuxia (45 km). Lunch included. In the afternoon, arrival to Badong, where you will take boats for a ride on the Shennv River. Dinner on board. Accommodation.
DAY 9 – CRUISE YANGTZE / YICHANG / SHANGHAI
Breakfast. Passengers disembark and take the bus to visit the world famous and massive Three Gorges waterworks. Then transfer to Yichang station to take high-speed train to Shanghai. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 10 – SHANGHAI
Breakfast. Morning climb to the Jinmao Tower, a skyscraper over 400 meters high. From the observation deck you can enjoy an excellent panoramic view of Shanghai. Afterwards, a walk along the Malecon, one of the most spectacular places in the city, where some of the most emblematic buildings of the city are located. Visit the Jade Buddha Temple and enjoy a stroll through the Old Town of the city. Accommodation.
DAY 11 – SHANGHAI
Breakfast. At a time to be arranged locally, transfer to the airport for return flight. Overnight on board.
