DAY 1 – SAN JOSÉ

Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 2 – SAN JOSÉ / TORTUGUERO

Early departure by road to Tortuguero National Park. Breakfast en route near Guápiles and continuation to the pier. Navigation by boat for two hours through the Tortuguero canals, being able to observe on the way a great variety of flora and fauna. Arrival at the lodge and lunch. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and accommodation.

DAY 3 – TORTUGUERO

Breakfast. Walk through the town of Tortuguero and visit the Turtle Museum. Return to the lodge. Time at leisure. Accommodation.

DAY 4 – TORTUGUERO / PUERTO VIEJO

Breakfast. Transfer to the dock by boat and departure to Guapiles. Arrival and lunch. Continuation to the Caribbean coastal town of Puerto Viejo. Accommodation.

DAYS 5 AND 6 – PUERTO VIEJO

Breakfast. Days at leisure. We recommend exploring the colorful city and discovering the local gastronomy. Accommodation.

DAY 7 – PUERTO VIEJO / ARENAL

Breakfast. Departure to La Fortuna de San Carlos, home of the wonderful Arenal Volcano. Arrival and time at leisure. Accommodation.

DAY 8 – ARENAL

Breakfast. Day at leisure. We recommend an optional visit to the hot springs, a hike to the waterfall La Fortuna or the Arenal Volcano National Park. Accommodation.

DAY 9 – ARENAL / MONTEVERDE

Breakfast. Departure to Monteverde, a true paradise for nature lovers. During the trip, cross the Arenal Lake by boat to the Chiquito River, in the area of Monteverde. Afternoon at leisure. Accommodation.

DAY 10 – MONTEVERDE

Breakfast. Day at leisure. We recommend an optional hike through the Monteverde Cloud Forest, a canopy tour and hanging bridges or a coffee tour. Accommodation.
