Day 1 Lima
Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 2 Lima
Breakfast. Visit of Lima, including Casa Aliaga, a colonial mansion granted by Francisco Pizarro to one of his captains, and the only house from the period still belonging to the same family. You will then visit the cathedral next to the Plaza Mayor, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Finally, visit the Larco Museum, which houses a comprehensive pre-Hispanic collection of gold and silver objects, as well as pieces of erotic art. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 3 Lima / Paracas
Breakfast. Very early departure on a regular bus to Paracas. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.
Day 4 Paracas / Nazca
Breakfast. Boat ride to the Ballestas Islands, an important reserve for sea lions, Humboldt penguins, pelicans, and gannets. During the tour, you will also be able to observe a mysterious linear drawing in the desert sand, known as the Candelabra. Departure by regular bus to Nazca. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 5 Nazca / Arequipa
Breakfast. Transfer to the Nazca airfield for the Nazca Lines overflight. In the afternoon, transfer to the bus station for a scheduled bus trip to Arequipa. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 6 Arequipa
Breakfast. Visit to Arequipa, "the White City," including the viewpoints of Carmen Alto, Yanahuara, and the Plaza de Armas. Finally, visit the Monastery of Santa Catalina. Overnight stay.
Day 7 Arequipa / Colca Canyon (Full board)
Breakfast. Departure to the Colca Canyon through the Pampas Cañahuas Reserve. Arrival and lunch in Chivay. Free afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8 Colca Canyon (Full board)
Breakfast. Early departure to the Cruz del Cóndor, the best location to admire the Colca Canyon. Box lunch. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 9 Colca Canyon / Puno (Half board)
Breakfast. Departure for Puno, passing through the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve and the Patahuasi rock forests. Lunch. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 10 Puno / Lake Titicaca / Puno (Half board)
Breakfast. Full-day excursion to Lake Titicaca. Visit to Uros Island. Continue to Taquile Island, where the Quechua people preserve their ancestral customs. Lunch. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 11 Puno / Cusco (Half board)
Breakfast. Departure by tourist bus to Cusco. Visit La Raya, Racchi, and Andahuaylillas en route. Lunch. Arrival in Cusco and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 12 Cusco
Breakfast. In the afternoon, visit Cusco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The tour includes the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha, the Plaza de Armas, the cathedral, and the nearby Inca ruins of Sacsayhuamán, Quenqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 13 Cusco / Sacred Valley (Full board)
Breakfast. Departure for the town of Chinchero to visit its beautiful 17th-century church and archaeological complex. Continue through the Sacred Valley to the Museo Vivo de Yucay, an interpretive center of Andean traditions. Lunch. Continue to Ollantaytambo, where we will visit its archaeological complex, or tambo. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 14 Sacred Valley / Machu Picchu / Cusco (Half board)
Breakfast. Departure by train to Machu Picchu Pueblo. Arrival and bus ride to the sacred citadel of the Incas, Machu Picchu. Lunch at the Café Inkaterra restaurant. Free time. Transfer to the train station and departure to Ollantaytambo or Poroy. Arrival and transfer to Cusco. Overnight stay.
Day 15 Lima
Breakfast. At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport.
