Day 1 Zurich / Freiburg
Arrival at Zurich airport and train to Freiburg. Accommodation.
Day 2 Freiburg
Breakfast. Day at leisure to explore the city of Freiburg with its cathedral and the "Most Beautiful Tower in Christianity." In December, its streets shine with numerous stalls that make up the largest Christmas market in the southern Black Forest. The number of bands playing Christmas carols in the streets creates an authentic Christmas atmosphere. Accommodation.
Day 3 Freiburg / Strasbourg / Freiburg
Breakfast. Morning train journey to Strasbourg, capital of Alsace in France. With its extraordinary cathedral, chiseled like lacework, it is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Its Christmas market is the oldest in France, where hundreds of merchants offer visitors original gifts and traditional objects to decorate Christmas trees and Nativity scenes, as well as different culinary specialties such as typical sweets, mulled wine, cakes and much more. Return by train to Freiburg. Accommodation.
Day 4 Freiburg / Zurich
Breakfast. Train journey to Zurich airport.
