Once the quotation has been completed and before confirming the reservation, you must take into account the following:

• Passengers' names match exactly with those reflected in the passports. Name changes imply a new quotation of services and possible price changes.
• Air train, bus, ferry or show tickets will be issued at the same time of the booking confirmation, being non-refundable and non-modifiable.
