THE MAGIC OF ROVANIEMI AND THE GLASS IGLOO

Day 1 Rovaniemi
Arrival in the capital of Finnish Lapland. Transfer to the hotel not included. Lapland is the closest thing to reality for those who dream of a fairytale winter paradise. Accommodation.
Day 2 Santa Claus Village and Reindeer Sled Ride
Breakfast. Start the day by immediately immersing yourself in the magic of Lapland. This day's first stop is Santa Claus Village. Participate in the traditional ceremony of crossing the Arctic Circle and receive a diploma certifying your visit. After the ceremony, board a reindeer-drawn sled in Santa Claus Village and enjoy a hot drink around the fire. Time at leisure to explore and enjoy the atmosphere of the village and meet the local star, Santa Claus, at his official home. Visit the post office to send yourself a letter with Santa Claus's official stamp. Transfer back to the hotel and rest of the afternoon at leisure. Accommodation.
Day 3 Husky Dog Sled Safari and Ranua Arctic Zoo
Breakfast. The first stop of the day will be at a husky dog farm, to learn a about these very special animals and their way of life. After an introduction and a short show, you will have the opportunity to take a 3km sled ride led by a guide. After the tour, photograph the huskies. Continuation to visit to the Ranua zoo, the northernmost in the world. Located 80km from the capital, take an outdoor guided tour where you can admire the Arctic wildlife in its natural environment. Moose, reindeer, wolverines, arctic foxes, lynxes and, of course, polar bears, are some of the animals that can be seen. Before returning to Rovaniemi, visit the shop of the famous Finnish Fazer chocolates. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
Day 4 Rovaniemi / Glass Igloo
Breakfast. Day at leisure to enjoy the city of Rovaniemi and its surroundings. Enjoy some of its many optional activities or delight in the winter landscapes of the area. We recommend visiting the magnificent Arktikum museum and learning all about the Sami, the last indigenous people of Europe. You can also walk along the banks of the Ounasjoki River, to enjoy the typical winter landscapes of Lapland. In the afternoon, transfer to the complex for an unforgettable night in a glass igloo under a starry sky and where, with luck, you will be able to enjoy the magic of the Northern Lights. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 5 Glass Igloo / Rovaniemi
Breakfast. Time at leisure. Transfer to the airport not included.
