Day 1 Los Angeles
Arrival in Los Angeles and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
Day 2 Los Angeles / Laughlin
Breakfast. City tour: Beverly Hills, Hollywood Boulevard with its legendary Chinese Theatre and the famous Hall of Fame, downtown, the financial district and the Mexican neighborhood. In the afternoon, vontinuation to Laughlin. Accommodation.
Day 3 Laughlin / Grand Canyon / Page
Breakfast. Departure for the Grand Canyon with a stop in Seligman, on the famous Route 66 and walk along the south rim to see one of the most impressive wonders of the world. Continuation to Page. Accommodation.
Day 4 Page / Monument Valley / Monticello
Breakfast. Departure for Monument Valley and visit this famous desert 40 kilometers long and 25 wide. Stop at Lake Powell and Glen Canyon Dam. Continuation to Monticello. Accommodation.
Day 5 Monticello / Vernal
Breakfast. In the morning, visit to Arches National Park, where you can find more than 2000 natural arches. Continuation to Dead Horse Point, with views of Canyonlands. Arrival in Vernal. Accommodation.
Day 6 Vernal / Grand Teton / Jackson Hole
Breakfast. Departure for Wyoming and visit to Grand Teton Park. Continuation to Jackson Hole, a typical old west town with wooden houses and cowboy-style bars. Accommodation.
Day 7 Jackson Hole / Grand Teton / Yellowstone
Breakfast. Crossing Grand Teton National Park, stop at the rustic Chapel of the Transfiguration to enjoy the views of the majestic Teton Range that rises more than 2000 meters above the plains. Continuation to Yellowstone National Park and visit its splendid waterfalls. Accommodation.
Day 8 Yellowstone / Salt Lake City
Breakfast. Day in the park, the first national park in the United States. You can see the eruption of Old Faithful, the best-known geyser of the more than 300 that make up the park, as well as other geological wonders such as Mammoth Hot Springs or the turquoise water pool. Continuation to Salt Lake City. Accommodation.
Day 9 Salt Lake City / Bryce Canyon
Breakfast. Visit to Salt Lake City. Continuation to Bryce Canyon and visit. Accommodation.
Day 10 Bryce Canyon / Zion / Las Vegas
Breakfast. Departure for the Valley of Fire, with its red sandstone formations. Continuation to Las Vegas, world capital of gambling. Free time. Accommodation.
Day 11 Las Vegas / Death Valley / Mammoth Lakes
Breakfast. Crossing the Nevada desert, arrival at Death Valley, approximately 97 meters below sea level. Visit to Furnace Creek and the Stovepipe dunes. Continuation to Mammoth Lakes. Accommodation.
Day 12 Mammoth Lakes / Yosemite / Modesto
Breakfast. Departure for Yosemite National Park. Discover Half Dome, Yosemite Valley, Bridalveil Falls and Yosemite Falls. In the afternoon, departure for Modesto crossing Central Valley. Accommodation.
Day 13 Modesto / San Francisco
Breakfast. Departure for San Francisco and panoramic tour of the city: the financial district, Union Square, Chinatown, and crossing the world-famous Golden Gate Bridge to the picturesque village of Sausalito, on the other side of the bay. Free afternoon. Accommodation.
Day 14 San Francisco
Breakfast. Transfer to San Francisco airport.
Remarks:
- Day 11: in case of high temperatures, the visit to Death Valley will be replaced by a visit to an old silver mine or the ghost town of Calico. If the Tioga Pass, on the way to Yosemite, is closed, accommodation will be in Bakersfield instead of Mammoth Lakes.
- In some hotels, breakfasts can be served in individual to-go boxes.
