On the dates listed above, the tour will operate on a shared (regular) basis with a minimum of 2 passengers. On all other dates, the tour will operate on a private basis and the corresponding supplement will apply.


Day 1 – Mexico City

Arrival at Mexico City International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.


Day 2 – Mexico City

Breakfast. Departure for a city tour covering its most important highlights: Constitution Square, known as the Zócalo, surrounded by beautiful Baroque buildings, including the Cathedral, the largest religious monument in the country, built on the site of the most important Aztec temple; the National Palace, seat of the Presidency of the Republic (external view only); and the Templo Mayor, the great temple of the Aztec capital. Continue to the National Museum of Anthropology and visit the Aztec Hall. Return to the hotel at the end of the tour. Free afternoon. Accommodation.


Day 3 – Mexico City

Breakfast. Free day. We suggest an optional excursion to Teotihuacán and the Basilica of Guadalupe. Teotihuacán features three major structures: the Pyramid of the Sun, the Pyramid of the Moon, and the Citadel, all located along the so-called “Avenue of the Dead.” The Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe is the largest pilgrimage center in Latin America. Accommodation.


Day 4 – Mexico City / Puebla / Oaxaca

Breakfast. Departure by coach to Puebla, with a visit to this city rich in colonial history. Highlights include the Church of Santo Domingo, home to the Rosary Chapel, one of the finest examples of Mexican Baroque art. In the afternoon, continue to Oaxaca. Arrival and accommodation.


Day 5 – Oaxaca

Breakfast. Morning visit to the famous archaeological site of Monte Albán, a ceremonial center located on a vast plateau atop a hill. Its magnificent ruins dominate the surrounding landscape. Visit several tombs and their mural paintings. In the afternoon, city tour of Oaxaca, known as the “Cradle of Patriots.” The visit concludes at the local market, one of the most traditional in the region. Accommodation.


Day 6 – Oaxaca / Santiago de Matatlán / Tuxtla Gutiérrez (Half Board)

Breakfast. Departure to Santiago de Matatlán to visit a mezcal distillery. Continue to Tehuantepec. Lunch. In the afternoon, continue to Tuxtla Gutiérrez, capital of the state of Chiapas. Arrival and accommodation.


Day 7 – Tuxtla Gutiérrez / San Cristóbal de las Casas (Half Board)

Breakfast. Transfer to the pier and boat ride through Sumidero Canyon. Lunch. Transfer to San Cristóbal de las Casas. Arrival at the hotel, free afternoon, and accommodation.


Day 8 – San Cristóbal de las Casas

Breakfast. Visit the local market and Santo Domingo Church. Visit the indigenous communities of San Juan Chamula and Zinacantán. You will have the opportunity to make your own tortilla and taste a traditional local drink. Free afternoon and accommodation.


Day 9 – San Cristóbal de las Casas / Palenque

Early departure to Palenque, with a stop in Ocosingo for breakfast at a local restaurant. Along the journey, enjoy the dramatic changes in the lush vegetation of the Chiapas region. Stop at the Agua Azul waterfalls and enjoy free time. Continue to Palenque, located in the heart of a tropical rainforest. Arrival and accommodation.


Day 10 – Palenque / Campeche (Half Board)

Breakfast. Visit the archaeological site of Palenque, set deep within the Chiapas jungle. Among its many temples, the most important is the Temple of the Inscriptions, where the tomb of King Pakal and his famous jade mask were discovered. Lunch en route to Campeche, with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Arrival and accommodation.


Day 11 – Campeche / Uxmal / Mérida (Half Board)

Breakfast. Departure to Uxmal to visit this impressive archaeological site, where you will see the Pyramid of the Magician, the Nunnery Quadrangle, and the Governor’s Palace. Lunch. Continue to Mérida and enjoy a city tour of the “White City.” Accommodation.


Day 12 – Mérida / Chichén Itzá / Riviera Maya (Half Board)

Breakfast. Visit Chichén Itzá, the famous archaeological site known for its monumental pyramid, the Temple of Kukulcán. Lunch. Continue to the Riviera Maya with a stop at the Saamal cenote. End of the tour in the Puerto Aventuras area, where you will connect with a transfer service to your selected hotel.
