Day 4 Aberdeen / Whisky Trail / Elgin / Nairn / Inverness Area

Arrival in Elgin, where you can admire its beautiful ruined medieval cathedral. Day 5 Inverness Area / Loch Ness / Thurso
(220 km) Continue to the famous Loch Ness, through Culloden Moor, where Prince Charles's defeat took place. Arrival at the loch, where you can take a boat trip and visit the ruins of Urquhart Castle, a promontory kissed by the dark waters of the loch. Continue to Thurso. Accommodation.
Day 6 Thurso / Orkney Islands / Thurso
(120 km) We recommend taking an excursion to the Orkney Islands. To do this, you must board a ferry (not included) from the port of Gills to reach St Margaret's Hope, gateway to the archipelago, which boasts a Viking cathedral in Kirkwall and a 5,000-year-old burial chamber on the island of Rousay, also called "The Egypt of the North". To return to Thurso, you can take the ferry from the west area, Stromness, on a crossing of approximately two and a half hours. Accommodation.

Skirting Loch Maree, and via Gairloch, you can tour the Inverewe Gardens, interesting and beautiful tropical gardens. Before crossing the bridge that takes you to the Isle of Skye, make a stop at the famous Eilean Donan Castle. Continue the day exploring the charms of the enigmatic Isle of Skye, walking along its cliffs, whose folds resemble the typical Scottish kilt.
