Day 1 Frankfurt
Arrival in Frankfurt. Transfer to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure to start discovering the city. Accommodation.
Day 2 Frankfurt / Baden-Baden / Strasbourg
Breakfast. Departure to Baden Baden, where you will stroll through this refined and elegant city that attracted the upper bourgeoisie in the 19th century, drawn by its fame as a spa resort and which still maintains its splendor, with its gardens, spas, casino and mansions. Lunch en route. Continuation to the capital of Alsace, Strasbourg. Start of the tour by bus, where you will see the Rhine Palace and the monument to the victims in Place de la République, the new European Parliament, the Palace of the Court of Human Rights and the Council of Europe, among other places. Later, on foot, walk through the cathedral district to see the impressive Gothic building in reddish stone; then the Petit France district, where you will appreciate the typical tanners' houses. Day 3 Strasbourg / Riquewihr / Colmar / Freiburg
Breakfast. In the morning, departure to Riquewihr, a charming walled town on the so-called Alsace wine route. Walk to discover the Dolder Tower, the Dissler House, the Zimmer House, among others, and opportunity to taste some of its famous wines (Riesling, Sylvaner, etc.). Continuation to Colmar, known as the wine capital of Alsace. After lunch, walk through its historic center, with its half-timbered houses and the district known as Little Venice. Continuation to the Black Forest. Arrival in Freiburg and accommodation.
Day 4 Freiburg / Titisee / Freiburg
Breakfast. Morning departure to Lake Titisee, located in the south of the Black Forest, which offers precious landscapes surrounded by spectacular vegetation and beautiful towns. Lunch en route. Return to Freiburg, where a walking tour of the historic center will take place, including: Münsterplatz with its beautiful buildings such as the Historisches Kaufhaus, the Whale House, the impressive Gothic cathedral, the two remaining city gates Schwabentor and Martinstor, and the Town Hall Square. Day 5 Freiburg / Lake Constance / Meersburg / Freiburg
Breakfast. In the morning, departure to Lake Constance. Arrival in the medieval city of Constance. Tour of the historic center, where highlights include the Cathedral of Our Lady, the Pulverturm and Rheintorturm towers, Markstätte Square and Münsterplatz. Crossing of Lake Constance by boat to reach Meersburg, a small town with half-timbered facades in a privileged location on the shore. Lunch. Departure to visit the Pilgrimage Church of Birnau, a fine example of German Baroque. Arrival at the hotel. Accommodation.
Day 6 Freiburg / Triberg / Gengenbach / Mannheim Area
Breakfast. Morning departure to the center of the Black Forest, where you will travel through the Gutach Valley until reaching Triberg, known for its cuckoo clock manufacturing and beautiful waterfalls. Lunch. Continuation to Gutach, where you will visit the Vogtsbauernhof open-air museum. After the visit, departure to Schiltach, a small picturesque town with its half-timbered structures, its sloping medieval market square and town hall. Continuation to the Mannheim area. Accommodation.
Day 7 Mannheim Area / Gengenbach / Frankfurt
Breakfast. Departure to Gengenbach, located on the edge of the Black Forest and one of the 10 most beautiful towns in the area. Discovery of its walls and typical half-timbered houses. Lunch en route. Continuation of the journey to the economic capital of Germany, Frankfurt, and also headquarters of the ECB (European Central Bank), where a panoramic tour will take place. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 8 Frankfurt
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport.
