Day 1 Lima
Arrival at the airport at least 2 hours in advance. Check-in formalities and departure to Lima. Arrival and transfer to hotel. Accommodation.
Day 2 Lima
Breakfast. Visit Lima, including Casa Aliaga, the cathedral next to Plaza Mayor, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Finally, visit the Larco Museum. Return to hotel. Accommodation.
Day 3 Lima / Arequipa
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for flight to Arequipa. Arrival and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, visit Arequipa, "The White City", including a visit to the Santa Catalina monastery. Accommodation.
Day 4 Arequipa / Colca Canyon
Breakfast. Departure to Colca Canyon through the Pampas Cañahuas Reserve. Arrival and lunch in Chivay. Free afternoon. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 5 Colca Canyon / Puno
Breakfast. Early morning departure to Cruz del Cóndor, the best location to admire the Colca Canyon. Lunch box. Departure to Puno. Accommodation.
Day 6 Puno / Lake Titicaca / Puno
Breakfast. Full day excursion to Lake Titicaca. Visit to the Uros and Taquile islands. Lunch. Return to hotel. Accommodation.
Day 7 Puno / Cusco
Breakfast. Departure by tourist bus to Cusco. En route visit to La Raya, Racchi and Andahuaylillas. Lunch. Arrival in Cusco and transfer to hotel. Accommodation.
Day 8 Cusco
Breakfast. In the afternoon, visit Cusco. The tour includes the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha, the Plaza de Armas, the cathedral and the adjacent Inca ruins of Sacsayhuamán, Quenqo, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay. Return to hotel. Accommodation.
Day 9 Cusco / Sacred Valley
Breakfast. Visit to the town of Chinchero to see its beautiful 17th century church and archaeological complex. Then visit the living museum of Yucay. Lunch. Finally, visit the archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo. Transfer to hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 10 Sacred Valley / Machu Picchu
Breakfast. Train departure to Machu Picchu Pueblo. Arrival and bus ride up to the sacred citadel of the Incas, Machu Picchu, a masterpiece of Inca engineering and architecture. Lunch at Café Inkaterra restaurant. Free time. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 11 Machu Picchu / Cusco
Breakfast. Free morning during which we suggest optionally making a second visit to the citadel. Transfer to the train station and departure to Ollantaytambo or Poroy station. Arrival and transfer to Cusco. Accommodation.
Day 12 Cusco / Lima / Portugal
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for boarding on return flight. Night on board.
Day 13 Portugal
Arrival.

- Machu Picchu entrance tickets require reservation and immediate issuance. They do not allow changes and are non-refundable.
