Day 1 - Athens
Arrival in Athens. Transfer to the hotel and rest of the day free. Accommodation.
Day 2 - Athens
Breakfast. Meet at the meeting point, at the hotel itself or at a nearby location, to begin the panoramic tour of Athens. Route through the neoclassical center of the city, passing by the Parliament, University, Library and National Academy, Ilion Palace and Panathenaic Stadium, among other places of interest. Continue through the ruins of Hadrian's Arch and the Temple of Zeus. Visit to the Acropolis, where some of the most important monuments of Ancient Greece are located, such as the Parthenon, the Propylaea and the Erechtheion. Free afternoon. Accommodation.
Day 3 - Athens / Corinth / Epidaurus / Mycenae / Olympia
Breakfast. Meet at the meeting point, at the hotel itself or at a nearby location, to begin the classical circuit. Departure towards the Corinth Canal, an impressive engineering work, with a stop to appreciate the landscape. Continue to Epidaurus and visit its famous theater, known for its extraordinary acoustics and privileged location. Part of the sanctuary is dedicated to Asclepius, god of medicine. Pass through the surroundings of Nafplio and continue to Mycenae, where the ruins of the ancient city will be visited, including the Lion Gate and the royal tombs. In the afternoon, cross central Peloponnese to Olympia. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 4 - Olympia / Delphi
Breakfast. Visit to the archaeological site of ancient Olympia, where the first Olympic Games of Antiquity took place. Continue to the Archaeological Museum of Olympia, which preserves important works of Greek art history. In the afternoon, departure towards Delphi, crossing the Gulf of Corinth. Arrival. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 5 - Delphi / Kalambaka
Breakfast. Visit to the archaeological zone of Delphi, whose Sanctuary of Apollo was one of the most important pilgrimage centers of Antiquity, located at the foot of Mount Parnassus. Visit to the museum, where the famous statue of the Charioteer of Delphi is located. Departure to Kalambaka, in the central region of Greece, passing through Thermopylae, where the statue of the Spartan king Leonidas stands. Continue through rural landscapes and small towns to Kalambaka. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 6 - Kalambaka / Athens
Breakfast. Visit to Meteora, an impressive set of rock formations where several monasteries built on top of high stone columns are located. Visit to two monasteries. Continue to Athens, arriving during the afternoon. Accommodation.
Day 7 - Athens
Breakfast. Free day to discover Athens, a cosmopolitan city and one of the great historical and cultural centers of Europe. Accommodation.
Day 8 - Athens
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport.
