Indicative itinerary for Sunday departures subject to changes until departure date
DAY 1 – PORTUGAL / CAIRO
Check-in at the airport at least 2 hours in advance. Boarding formalities and departure on flight to Cairo. Arrival, visa processing and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 2 – CAIRO
Breakfast. Departure for a visit to the Giza complex, with the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinos, the Sphinx. Free afternoon. Return to Cairo and accommodation.
DAY 3 – CAIRO
Breakfast. Free day. Accommodation.
DAY 4 – CAIRO / ASWAN
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for boarding on flight to Aswan. Arrival and transfer to the cruise. Visits to the temple of Philae and felucca ride. Night on board.
DAY 5 – ASWAN / KOM OMBO / EDFU
Breakfast. Navigation to Kom Ombo and visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the gods Sobek, with a crocodile head, and Haroeris, with a falcon head. Navigation to Edfu. Lunch, dinner and night on board.
DAY 6 – EDFU / ESNA / LUXOR
Breakfast. Visit to the temple of Edfu, Karnak temple and Luxor. Lunch, dinner and night on board.
DAY 7 – LUXOR / HURGHADA
Breakfast. Crossing of the Nile to visit the Necropolis of Thebes: Valley of the Kings. You will also see the temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari (exterior visit). Unique in Egyptian architecture, it will impress you with its very long ramp, terraces and colonnades and the Colossi of Memnon. At a time to be arranged locally, departure by road to Hurghada. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 8 AND 9 – HURGHADA
Free day. Accommodation on All Inclusive basis.
DAY 10 – HURGHADA / CAIRO
Breakfast. At a time to be arranged locally, transfer to the airport for boarding on flight to Cairo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 11 – CAIRO / PORTUGAL
Breakfast. At a time to be arranged locally, transfer to the airport for boarding on return flight. Arrival.
